How long is too long to wait for a call back from a hiring manager? The interview went really well, and they told me I'd hear back within a week. It's been two and a half, did I not get the job? Or is there some hope that they're just busy and haven't gotten back to me yet?

I have recently received an offer from HSBC for Data Engineer profile. The designation offered is Senior Analyst- Information Management. They said that it is a techno functional role. Does anyone have an idea about what techno functional role actually is in HSBC? Is it more like a Business Analyst? My prior experience is completely in Technical side. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . It's a skill I'm glad to know that I can always find work but the burnout for nothing isn't worth it. Can anyone relate

Has anyone found anything that is legit work from home? Either remote treatment plan presenting or helping with scheduling? I really need something from home because my husband travels so much.
