How many days it takes from first round of interview then EU round , manager round and finally Hr and releasing the offer letter. Can anyone please give some insight

My first round was technical pre screening round , then actual Technical after that EU round.
HR said based on the feedback from EU next round will be either managerial or direct HR round.

After one week of discussion and EU round HR said your profile is on hold (not rejected.)
