How many times did you have to pump in a day if you continued to breastfeed when returning to work from leave? I’m worried about fitting it in with billing obligations.

I pumped 3x a day at work, I had a hands free pump and would work while I pumped (in my
own office with the door closed!)

I should clarify, I used a hands free bra while pumping - you can strap it on just for pumping, not an all day wear thing. I did not have a hands free pump, just a Madela Freestyle.

This will really depend on the age of your baby and your supply. When I first came back from mat leave, my daughter was 4 mos and I was pumping at least 3 times during the work day.

I went back when twins were 5 months old. Pumped twice a day in the office with door closed, hands free. I nursed when I got home and pumped once more after they went to bed.

3xs a day. When I was a first year associate, I started when my daughter was 3 months old. As I shared an office, I had to use our pump/new mother’s room. I had her the summer I graduated from law school.

Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have an offer from Atos and Hcl and Lti . Highest package is LTI with 19 lpa , YOE 10 years sap basis . I am trying to negotiate with atos for 22 lpa but it seems they are reluctant to agree and they said max they can offer is 19 lpa. I need some career advice,
In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities

Hello Everyone,

I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?

Hello Fishes,

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

What options do i have, what if I abscond?
