Just took this BCG Quant Reasoning test and I think I messed it up. Some of the units are so confusing. Is nearest 000s of pounds 23000 or 23? They don’t partial mark it and the whole test was filled with this sort of thing. Oh well

How is the work life balance in a big 4 firm for a senior in the tax department year round?

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
Am I crazy for thinking him a bad manager?

Just wanted to share that I feel completely burnt out from double teaming applications and work and if anyone else out there feels burnt out, you’re not the only one!! Good luck fishes, may the odds be ever in our favor.

As someone who got accepted, when would we find out which other peers got accepted? I have some coworkers that applied but I’m hesitant to ask them in the case that it didn’t work in their favor.
