How do you stay healthy when going out to eat with friends? I usually recommend somewhere where I can find a healthy option but don’t want to constantly dictate where we go. We also often go to restaurants with small plates and share everything, and I try to get some healthier options but also can’t dictate everything we order. I don’t want to stop going out with friends but I feel like one meal out a week can derail a whole week of heathy eating and working out.

I’m concerned about the surge in omicron. I packed everything, just in case. Q2 is ending, a new quarter is starting. We get new kids each quarter as a Specials teacher.
