I just took over a SAAS product where I own P&L with 800 B2B clients with so much customization that it feels like 800 versions of the product. The product was acquired and there are a ton of process improvements needed, tribal knowledge and start up mentality. I have a PO who does the day to day work with the devs, but otherwise it’s just me. I’ve been a PM for 15 years and never felt so understaffed. I’d like to hear the level of responsibility you each have and how your team is structured.

I think all psychopaths and serial killers should just be sent to an isolated island and they can self eliminate or whatever they want there away from the rest of society. I really don’t understand why we have to pay tax dollars for these people to be fed and live in prison. I don’t want these kinds of people to be let back out into society with the potential to be my neighbors. And I also don’t really need a lecture pls this is just a confession 🙈
