I am working as Data Scientist. I have offer from TCS and joining will be after 10 days. I also received two offer with good hike as compare to TCS offering. Will TCS revise my offer based on counter offer? Please anyone have idea it will be great. I have offer from TCS, hexaware, and Syenchron Which one should I join?

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
