Once you have been working professionally for a few years, is gpa ever really brought up in interviews or the interview process? I didn't include it on my most current resume and I was able to get a few interviews lined up. I was somewhat unsure though if they would possibly bring it up as a question. Thank you for any responses.

How much does an EAP psychologist make in Sydney? I feel that while I’m making $90k, it’s only about $45/hr which is a joke when the standard session prices are around $200/hr. And my company charges customers upward of $250/hr but only pays a small fraction. I’ve been with the same company for 3yrs and want to negotiate higher pay but want to know what others offer. I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. HR was not willing to pay more than this even though it is just 20% hike from my current salary. But I accepted the offer as i wanted it badly. Now I got offer from start up as well (1) , can i still ask her to consider the 2nd offer and pay me accordingly? Or it will lead to offer cancelation:(
