I just got offered a promotion to be an Area Sales Manager and mange my own team of account executives in the Bay Area. I want to make sure I have a good idea of what a fair base salary is. Current base salary before promotion is $87,500….what is a fair wage increase for a managerial position? Any insight is appreciated!

Is now a good or bad time to invest in real estate? Looking to purchase a home (~$2M) that I’d rent through Airbnb. Rentals would pay for 50-85% of the homes monthly expenses.

Any Toronto agencies doing CX right?

My landlord just sent me my lease renewal offer and it’s increased by $300/month😭😭😭 Nashville renting rates are sky rocketing and I can’t keep up ! Tried to negotiate and they wouldn’t budge a single dollar 🙃

Can anyone refer me in Amazon?

BLACKLISTING AFTER DECLINING OFFERS. I see a lot of folks asking if they will be blacklisted if they decline the offer. Even if they did blacklist, are these companies some government authorities to fear? Also, you have not committed some crime to carry so much guilt. There are 100s of other companies who will want to hire you. As a job seeker we will always seek best for ourselves and it is fine to politely say no. Afterall, companies also know that we are potential hires.

Can transfer from Kroll to Big 4?
