How much time does HR back with selection confirmation? I had techno managerial round in Thursday for AVP role. The only thing that went negative for me in interview was that when asked about salary expectations I had quoted 42-43 base, which the interviewer said is on higher band for the role. Haven't heard back from HR. Any opinions?

Is genetic carrier screening prior to starting an ivf cycle necessary? I tested and found some disorders. Now my RE won’t start my cycle until my partner is tested. They are saying they will have to do special PGT tests if we are carriers of the same disorder. I am confused. I thought this type of testing was optional and usually recommended if you are using a donor. My guess is that they are booked and pushing me to the Jan cycle. Thoughts?

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

I heard that salary day in Barclays is 24th, so will I recieve salary this month or will it come next month only.

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

Note: Completed all the rounds and documents are also submitted.
