need opinion
I have received an offer letter from ZS as DAC.
lets suppose they offered X amount
and I was able to negotiate and increase the offer..
now I have mail confirmation from the HR of the new compensation structure that it has been set in backend. however he is saying offer letter cant be changed..so i had to sign the old offer letter while i have mail confirmation for new compensation.
Is this okay ? will there be problem later ?

Everything is normal like any other services based company. Variable pay would be 10% of your fixed CTC and paid half yearly basis (50%+50%)

That I'm yet to confirm but what I heard from tenured employees that they give it almost 100%
50% they pay half yearly and other 50% they divide to 6 month and pay
