Hi, i got a call from Hucon consultancy, Hyderabad regarding ADP manager opening but they are asking adhar number. Is it normal process that ADP ask adhar number before scheduling any interview?

The hiring mgr took the time to email me to tell me I was overqualified and offered to help me get connected to his network. He’s been so kind and helpful and I’m kind of in shock at his generosity. I need help in making a decision.

I have 2 offers. One is from The Boeing Company and the other one from Deloitte. I got 100% hike from Boeing and the role is better, so I accepted it.

I told Deloitte the truth that I have accepted another offer, but they are asking me to reconsider. Deloitte told me they will match the offer. I also felt that they are in position to offer something significantly higher.

I would appreciate suggestions on how to tackle this situation.

From what I've analyzed, The YoY hike range at the current firm(15-20%) would be better than the other firm(8-16%).
