Had my HR call with HCL Technologies 3 weeks ago and we agreed on a offer, the Hr said he will release the offer letter in one week. Since then they haven't communicated and not picking up the call. Has this happened to anyone as well?
PS: I'm considering this as reject and not expecting anything.

"Role is better" - I would go with this option if there isn't going to be significant/great difference in pay scale.
I would also consider other factors too -
Work Life Balance
Future Growth prospects
Exit options
Location
Other Benefits
-The difference would be about 5 - 6 LPA/per annum.
-Boeing definitely would have a better work life balance from what I understand so far.
-Growth and exit options are kind of similar in both the cases.
-Location is acceptable in either cases
-Boeing has better benefits and perks

Would need a little more data here.. But if you're looking at it from the money angle, then you may be at the risk of being blindsided. Analyse which of the two profiles will help you learn more and add value to your credo. Also if you have an idea of the team you'll be joining and it's direct leadership, trying digging for more info. Check out their tweets, blogs, LinkedIn posts. That will give you an basic idea of their thought process and you can align yourself with the ones that suit you the best.. Reading between the lines is going to be key here.. All the best..

Boeing would be better IMO unless you want to work in a consulting environment. I heard stories about bad work life balance in Deloitte

You need to consider the fact that aerospace industry is not doing so great. If I were you Ask Deloitte to match the salary and go to Deloitte.

Go for boeing. Consulting ppl dn have poor work life balance. Plus u are working again nd again on the same thing bcoz after evry review they suggest changes.
