ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota. Got an offer for Atlassian Canada - senior product manager. Initial offer is 160k base +15% annual bonus (24k) + 20k sign on bonus. RSU is 220k USD payable over next 4 years. There's no RRSP match (401k match equivalent). Considering its Atlassian, and current market rate, I think base is low. I would like it to be bumped upto to 180k. The recruiter earlier said the top of the pay range is 165k, which I feel is not really top but maybe median? Help me negotiate please; historically suck at it.

I have been selected at citi but HR is unable to release offer letter. This is because I have worked for citi as contractor or consultant in past but I don't remember my SP ID or GP ID which Citi provides to its temporary employees. HR is checking my SP ID or GP ID which was allocated to me in the past but I don't recall it is. HR is checking this with US team and this process is taking time. If they cannot extract it due to some reason, will they release my offer letter? Please clarify this.
