How should I think about how to navigate my career long term? Currently at a T2 focused on 75% M&A (ODD, Standalone Cost, Benchmarking, etc.) and 25% strategy (Operating Model Redesign, Cost Takeout, etc.). I’m not even entirely sure how I would pivot into an industry job because I feel like I don’t have real skills outside of the work I do so I keep thinking the only path is to try and make partner at either my firm or another.

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.
