You need to find someone with no job to register your companya and get a trademark on the name. Assuming you want to continue with your job, atleast in the beginning, you cannot register this LLP under your name. Go for an LLP so your house is still there if you mess up.

After registration, setup a LinkedIn page and start posting content on the niche that you want to work for. Get people in your niche to join that group. At some point start collecting their contact details and make a database. Offer something for free, like a resource to get their details. People fall for it.

Start approaching companies and try to sell your resource details in return of a fee. Offer the companies that you will screen the candidate before sending them to you for next rounds.

Post your success and your candidate's new job on the LinkedIn page to build your name.

Keep doing it! If you do get into it, let me know so I feel great that atleast someone is actively working to get out of the rat race.
