How would you describe your relationship with your coworkers? Do you see them as friends, or more as professional acquaintances? I’ve been at my company for almost 6 years, and while I’ve worked well with my team, I’ve never really felt the need—or found the time—to form deeper bonds. I’m curious how others experience this.

So I know this will sound crazy ... but I've never really had to have a portfolio, in the conventional sense, but a current offer is asking for one. What's the best way to build one out? Thanks!

Hey all, I’ve recently joined EY consulting from another Big 4 and have noticed there’s no discipline (at least in my team) around codes and charging time. People either charge a standard 7 hrs or some will charge time spent on internal activities to their client code.

I was told that “the last person to charge their actual hours worked was promptly booted off the project”.
