4 years out of undergrad, feeling somewhat like a generalist in consulting. Had a few years of projects with some really terrible clients, I’m jaded to a point where I don’t see how a consultant/client relationship can be successful. Thinking about going to industry or school...but honestly unsure what I’d want to specialize in. All I know is I want to be in a a positive environment that encourages learning without promoting burnout...any tips on where to find it?

Just got an offer at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant (Data Scientist) for 130K + 7K signing bonus on the West Coast. Does anyone know if this is what I should expect?
