I have two years of automotive/aerospace manufacturing experience and am looking for new opportunities. I recently applied to a Solution Engineer - Commercial Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy (MAE) role at Salesforce, and it sounds like a great fit. Is anyone willing to offer me a referral or advice on how to move forward in the hiring process? Salesforce

My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

So a while back I was not promoted and given a list of things I needed to accomplish to be “ready for the next level.” Which, fine, no problem.
So I kept a list of accomplishments along with regular check-ins to ensure we were tracking against goal.
At the next review I was passed up again and given a new list of things - none of which were discussed in any prior meeting.
I asked my boss if we could have the next year’s conversation now and quit 3 months later.
All this to say, sometimes employers tell you everything you need to hear without saying anything. Only you can determine if this was one of those times.
Promoted after 1 year in the same role. I know you can never quite play the comparison game, but is there an effective way to call out the BS excuse I was given?
I hate this kind of BS ... there’s usually no easy fix save for moving on, then they value you and it’s too late. You can ask to have you review revisited after a few months; did you get concrete feedback other than needing more time?
Push some more. Ask questions to get specific answers. 1) you might learn something about how you can get better, or 2) you will expose that the person reviewing you doesn’t have their own shit together with the proper time spent to give you a clear, fair and constructive review. Either way, the information you find will be useful.
they didn't elaborate on why more time or purpose of more time? time to say goodbye to BS
