I'm looking to join a gym but I would love to find one where I don't have to deal with overly cheery staff. I'm really wanting a gym that I can access with a keycard at any time and not have to deal with anyone and if I could sign up online without having to take a tour and hear the sales pitch, that would be amazing. Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)
