Does this mean the actual leaves excluding public holidays are 24, considering typically there are 10 public holidays. And out out of which 10 are to be taken at a stretch.

I have an offer from DB with the same package, the leave policy is much better.
25 annual leaves, 5 top-up leaves, 12 sick leaves, 3 family care leaves, 3 compassionate leaves, 10 public holidays, 6 well being leaves.
