Not for an ATS but only for BD. I can see the ability to track leads by source and create workflows (plus there could be ways to create outreach campaigns as you use it to build networks of leads or “talent pools”, so really a great sourcing/lead gen tool. You can also build templates for candidate communications (turn downs, scheduling interviews, etc.). What I struggle with is how to connect it with a formal application once someone is ready to apply and having the necessary information for compliance/reporting. It would be limited for employee/people management post hire. Sorry, just some random thoughts there!
This is exactly what I struggle with. It’s great for all the pre-interview candidate coordination. Post interview / pre-offer stages not so much 🥵 . Thx for the reply!

Exactly my issue!! It’s great for marketing. Def failing to connect the dots with any kind of efficiencies for actual full cycle recruitment- and on boarding new employees, forget about it!
It seems unusual, but it’s possible. I was working for a staffing firm a decade ago and they use Salesforce for BD and an ATS. I don’t know how, but I could see it.
