Anyone here interested in a full-time remote role as a Sourcing Specialist at On Deck? I'll be looking to add one more person to my team by May 2022.
If you understand sourcing as a concept and you want to really improve your craft, please let me know. I enjoy doing sourcing and I believe I can help you level-up. I'm open to people in North/South America, Europe, Africa.

Just selection process and not recruitment/sourcing?
For Data Analyst….
1) Recruiter conversation (main tools/tech, project experience, motivation, salary expectations etc.)
2) Technical Interview (meet with team member and discuss technical level eg SQL, viz tools, “how do you do X?” etc)
3) At home task + discussion/presentation (data analysis task with data and then present and answer questions from interviewer)
4) Final behavioural interview (check softer skills and sell the company to them)
5) Final debrief with all interviewers (make decision on this / other candidates)
That’s similar to what we do. Is that what you’re looking for?
Would also note things like a diverse interview panel, having a kick off meeting to agree role specifics (needs/wants), minimising bias.
In total 2.5-3 hours interview time. 2 hours at home candidate task time.
You could shorten some convos or roll the tech/behavioural interview into 1 if want to save time.
I would personally do steps one through three the other two steps can be covered in the first three interviews. I would reserve five interviews for Director and above
