What does it mean when the recruiter talks more?

Got a phone call from a recruiter that they are working on my offer on Monday and haven’t heard anything back since. Anyone has any idea how long it would take and when would I should follow up? I dont want to sound desperate

But did not received offer letter yet
Trying to reach recruiter but they are not receiving my calls either from last week.
on Ionboard portal I can see the 50% process has beed completed.

I was just offered a sales consultant role at a spirit’s distributor 65K with potential to make 75K if I meet goals etc. My dream job @ Red Bull, Similar role but way more fun around the same range of $$ possibly slightly more ..am still waiting to hear if I made it to the final round. Is that correct?

I’ve noticed that even when I include a specific request or call to action, that my emails receive a response less than 50% of the time.
