Strategists: How many hours do you typically work? I work 8-9hrs/day pretty consistently, but the creatives work much longer hours. Can’t tell if it’s my agency, my work efficiency, etc.

Is it worth it to leave a Deloitte Analyst role (just hit 1 year at Deloitte) for an Analyst role at Levi’s digital product team (building out an AI tool) for a 25% pay bump?

I’m not sure if it’s too early to leave Deloitte/consulting for a lateral move, but I don’t enjoy the Deloitte culture/feel like I have no impact. I originally applied for a Senior Analyst role at Levi’s though and they bumped it down to Analyst bc of YOE.

There is no point in vacation if I have to work double before and after just to be out of the office.

I remember Facebook at $19 and not doing anything about it. Oh well…

The particular job I’m looking at has this on the listing and I’m curious as to what their budget actually is. Do I assume a range?
