I am 5 yrs experienced servicenow Developer holding an offer with a company at 15 LPA(counter on 13LPA). I got a call from providence company, how much can I ask providence as a counter offer as i have other offer in pipeline, need to attend technical interview and not finalized yet(may be a+1 or 2 L), and how much will Providence pay for a 5 yrs experienced with all necessary and advanced certifications with immediate joining in 15 days?

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
