I’m pretty much the only one managing our Ecomm store, no direct reports but manage a marketing and Amazon 3rd party agencies for the brand. I’ve been with company almost 2 years and have significantly increased sales. I have completed 8 months in the current org and my Notice Period is 90 Days.
If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?

Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards... We were beginning to make so much progress on transforming our school culture, but this year is erasing that and then some. Is anyone else concerned about how to raise the expectations and students’ self-discipline back to pre-enabling levels?

I am working as an Automation Test Lead from 2 yrs. Before that was working as a mainframe dev and total of 9+ YOE. My daily tasks are very mundane and thereby, I am planning to transition to Data science. I looked at various online courses like upgrad, scaler and they are very expensive. Since, I am new to the field, I am assuming it would be difficult to transition without guidance. How is the blackbelt plus program by analytics vidhya? All suggestiins welcome on how to transition.
