So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
