Thise are the only two things that'll work. Also, if you do drink during weekdays, stopping that'll help some.
OP, just cut carbs and you’ll drop the pounds. Try an Atkins diet for 2 weeks, you’ll be amazed!
Cut a few carbs, sugar and salt intake. Will make a big difference. And lots of water
