I am a substitute teacher. I was a social worker in a previous Ife. After 8 years I have discovered that substitute teaching is perfect for me and I love it. The past few years I have found a niche in high school. The kids are incredible and I can't wait for the school year to begin. However there have already been several opportunities in middle school. I will admit I'm a little nervous about middle school. Does anyone have any suggestions about middle school students?

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing. Are there any Teaching Permit for Statutory Leave (TPSL) substitute teachers? If so how did you get into it? I’m covering a position that should really be covered by someone who has one and will not be able to cover the whole assignment. As it is, I am in a weird loophole. The main teacher is in 3 days a week and her co-teacher 2 days a week. Both are out so I am covering techinically 2 different teachers and thus doing 30 days for each of them. How do I get upgraded to the TPSL?
