I just got approved to start my hiring process as a substitute teacher in Hudson County. I just wonder how much is the pay per hour and if they will give me the option to work at the same school or they will make me rotate between schools as needed?

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? I am a substitute teacher. I was a social worker in a previous Ife. After 8 years I have discovered that substitute teaching is perfect for me and I love it. The past few years I have found a niche in high school. The kids are incredible and I can't wait for the school year to begin. However there have already been several opportunities in middle school. I will admit I'm a little nervous about middle school. Does anyone have any suggestions about middle school students?

Are there any Teaching Permit for Statutory Leave (TPSL) substitute teachers? If so how did you get into it? I’m covering a position that should really be covered by someone who has one and will not be able to cover the whole assignment. As it is, I am in a weird loophole. The main teacher is in 3 days a week and her co-teacher 2 days a week. Both are out so I am covering techinically 2 different teachers and thus doing 30 days for each of them. How do I get upgraded to the TPSL?
