I am an Electrical engineering who completed his bachelors in 2025 and since then i was doing business with my father which was going well. But few months ago we had this huge loss and now I'm stuck with no options left but to apply for jobs, i have been applying for the past 2 months but nothing seems to work out. Also because of my stream i can't apply to any other jobs in IT Company. I am really in a need for a job will do anything it doesn't have to be related to my field can anyone help?

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?
