Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

Generally how many days does it take for offer letter to be released after having discussion with HR.
Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .
I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.

If you go Contractor, don’t plan to be converted to employee for years, if ever. Also, double the salary if contractor. That’s the only way that makes it worth it to buy your own benefits and profit margin.
I know Nutanix has contract FMM’s. They say they hope to be converted “soon” but hasn’t happened. I like Okta as a company, they are a close vendor of ours. They probably need a person in the role and the only way they can have you join is as a contractor. Hopefully the hiring manager will not change before they get the FTE headcount allocated to convert you.
