I am being offered SA by PwC AC, have 8+ YOE, will join in mid-Oct, i asked for Manager level at time of negotiations but was told that opening is at SA level only & I am placed at the last leg of the SA bracket so next promotion will be Manager only, however nothing of this sorts is written in the offer. Now, can i pitch myself for Manager level for Jul 2026 promotions? I would be reporting to Director, When exactly would be the correct time to talk to my reporting manager regarding this?
