Any thoughts/actions taken on how to remove unconscious bias from interviews? I’m working with my company on how to change the hiring process.

I got my green card last year - could I spend some time abroad (2-3 months) without the risk of it being seen as abandonment? In those 2-3 months could I work abroad?

I gained 25 lbs throughout 2020 & 2021. In Jan 2022, had a goal to get back in shape.

Beginning in April, after a combo of fasting, intuitive eating, hitting the gym 4-5x/week, going thru a short cutting phase, weight training at 85-100% & slowly building back up to 5k steps daily, I lost 20 lbs in 6 months (end of Sept)!
