Honestly, the $20k difference isn't that much, but I've also been considering taking job that pay maybe $90k and doing work on the side (my own "firm"). But it also feels strange to accept such a lower salary. Thoughts?

They want to encourage us to “bring our whole self to work” while putting us in situations where we can’t be our whole self.
