I am currently at 5.2 grade in Persistent systems and I am getting offer for B2 level in Capgemini. Shall I take it up? I am negotiating on getting C1 level at least. The salary is of course higher than the current grade. Please suggest! Thanks

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.

So any one gone through these scenario and does mastercard extended joining date??

My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
