First, congrats on the offer and the L6/L5 level. No easy task these days.
Second, know that when the integration is complete the title will change to Senior Mgr / Assoc. Dir to align with Accentures structure.
Third, RSUs are possible at both of those levels but not a given. In fact, you really shouldn’t count on it as part of the comp package.
Fourth, I think I read the comp package is $300k plus 10%-15% bonus. That’s in line with an L5 level. Just know that you will not be bonus eligible this year because of the timing of your start date and these days the bonus is on the low end of the range.
Fifth, these levels are the hardest in Accenture even if you have extensive prior Consulting experience. You are expected to be self-sufficient with respect to your project billing which is to say you are expected to generate enough business to at least cover your own chargeability. No easy task. Also, you’ll be coming into ACN with limited network and limited help to develop the network to work on the Business Development proposals to win the work and staff yourself.
Think hard about this move. You will be given a grace period, but in the present environment this could be a short trip.
No such level as SVP. Knowing the exact title on contract would be helpful. But if beneath MD level you basically can buy at 15% discount. And then there are performance related stock awards. No other stock schemes beneath MD to the best of my knowledge.
L6 is Sr mgr. L5 is senior principal/ director
Most of the above is inaccurate. I&CP operates under different comp and incentive structures from LLP, and will continue to do so indefinitely.
RSUs are not available for below MD due to off-system (workday) prior to people go-live (Calendar 2026).
Market facing titles will be subject to change as part of go-live as officer titles like SVP do not fit the nomenclature in broader Accenture. This will likely transition to Principal or Senior Principal based on revenue under management.
It’s when there is a switch over to workday from ADP
That’s not a role at ACN. Is it L4, L3, or L2 MD? Stock is part of MD package + can contribute 1/3 of salary to stock payout annually. What’s the comp/offer?
SVP is an L6, it’s SM equivalent
It exists but it’s rare career track. (Former L3)
Senior VP is likely not client facing so no reason from RSUs
Its L5 role
No such thing as SVP role. As noted either it’s a L6 or 5.
