I am currently considering a role being offered as a Senior Vice President role at Accenture in Los Angeles. My understanding is that stock options/RSU is a typical component of the total compensation, but the recruiting manager says that is not the case anymore. It is just that I can participate in a stock purchase plan at a 15% discount but set stock allocation as part of the part of the package. Any recent hires at Accenture could comment on stock options as part of the salary negotiations?
