I am currently working as a Lead Consultant - Dev, having been promoted this year. With a total of 8 years of experience in the field, my current CTC is 23 LPA including all sodexo benefits. However, I believe this may be below the industry median for my role and experience.
I would appreciate your insights on what would be considered a fair CTC for my profile and what percentage increase I might reasonably expect this November considering the grade change.
