I am currently working in TCS as Data Scientist with 13 years of total experience. My current CTC is 16 LPA with 1.6 variable. I have 2 offers:
1. Cognizant with 27 LPA with 1.5 variable
2. Capgemini with 32 with 10% variable.

TCS also approached me for retention but not giving any update and this is my last month here.

What to do?

Has anyone started getting ready for September? If so, what have you been doing to get prepared? For new teachers who already started, what did you do (or wish you did) to get ready?

Any chances to move from Europe to the States? How’s the visa situation? Are agencies sponsoring?

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
