Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. Where is the three-day option?
I would say the left side is how I like to work. I rather go really hard at the beginning of the week and relax for the rest.
I have a friend who works endlessly for two days straight and by Wednesday is relaxing lol
I think I do 4 days a week 5 hours a day tbh
Hah, after the project I just finished, I choose 0 days, 0 hrs/day. I need a break!
This is a tough one...but I think I'm leaning towards 4 days a week too...would rather like to have one day to be totally free
I see companies doing this but how is this the same? Why is it not 10hrs/day and 4 days a week? That way you still work 40 hours at the end of the week
Yes - what's with the 12 hours? Should be 4 10-hour days.
5 days working 8hrs/day - flexible
Neither? lol. I work 4/10s right now. It's great
5 days/ 4 hours each
I actually prefer less hours per day, working 6 days per week.
I would prefer 8 hrs 4 day. 😂
