I am done with all rounds, and the company offered me 4.6 lpa, but it is extremely below my expectations as I'm expecting 8-9 lpa. I mentioned that to the company, but they have not responded yet.
What to do?

I am currently holding offers from the companies like TCS,Deloitte, Xoriant and ibm.
Maximum offer i have is of 23 LPA.

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
