Facebook doesn't seem to emphasize WLB in any context, whether it's legal (as I got from my interviews there) or otherwise (from those I know who work there), but as many said, it's group specific... So you should think: who are your stakeholders and how do they work?
Given the nature of their business, for example, I highly doubt Privacy, Competition, Corporate or M&A teams have any semblance of balance.
Product? It's a toss-up, and is perhaps too team- and product-
specific to get any insights other than your interviews.

Worse than many other big companies; still generally better than biglaw. Compensated accordingly.
I interviewed for a privacy position. Everyone made it sound pretty intense. I didn’t get the impression that it was a good WLB.
Totally dependent on the team. I have found managers to be very supportive of wlb but also there is too much work to go around and there can be crazy hours. You have to be good about setting your own boundaries (which I’ve found most managers will support) but then you worry about missing out on high profile things. It’s definitely not a 40 hour a week type of thing though unless you get very lucky with your team (I’ve only heard of one team like this and only anecdotally)
