New to gds. is today salary day? Or tomorrow?
Hey fishes,
Let’s say Brillio gave some joining bonus and if we are leaving within an year we need to pay it back.
So does it mean I need to put papers after one year or is that okay to put papers after 9 months, so serving 3 months notice makes it one year.
Please let me know if anyone had an idea about this.
Brillio

With 40k GBP, you will live hand to mouth. It's very low.
Thanks for your advice!
Congratulations buddy, go for Germany , even the taxes are high or whatever, if you are unmarried just go out and explore, even 1-2 yrs of experience in the resume with onsite experience would means alot, you can search for better opportunities later onsite or just come back to India and ask for better packages here....all the best in your decision, do let us know later what you decided and why, would be eager to know:)

Germany is paying you better
First of all congratulations, I feel Germany is a better option if you Dont have any issue with German language then go with Germany. Be ready to learn German to survive in Germany.
Or if you want to settle in English speaking country then go for UK but pay is less (but you can change job in UK and package will get increased later).
How did you get offer from Germany? Do you already have German speaking skills or you know German language?
I see most of company in Germany need fluent German language speaker.
