Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . When does cognizant roll out offer letters after submitting cdf1 form? Is Diwali delaying the roll out of the offer letter? I submitted cdf1 on 21st October.
