I am re-entering acct industry after 13 years of not having an acct role. I have Big 4 audit experience (MCI Worldcom was my first engagement)/SOX compliance; financial consolidating experience for a major F500 hotel/casino/gaming company with heavy SEC reporting/IPO experience/financial reporting. Since then I was a SAHM, health coach for a well known company, and substitute teacher. Do recruiters look down on the acct'ing gap and the fact I'm a sub right now until I get an acct job?
