Maybe give them something to thank you for. My high school students thank me every day for helping with their school work (lol my job), for being there for them in rough times, and for all sorts of things. If your students don't use please and thank you, yes ma'am, no ma'am, yes sir, no sir, and you're welcome, that's something for you to change. If literally NONE of your students thank you, then the common denominator is you.

It is a great point someone else made about your community/demographic can influence this as well.
I fee so incredibly thankful to have students everyday who say "thank you", write little notes of appreciation, or create little oragami presents for me. If they only understood how much that lifts your spirit.
Pro
Yes! I think students don't always think about showing it or what the little things mean to us.
I am sorry this is happening to you, my students say thank you often, a few I have had to remind, but most of mine are great kids.
Pro
That's great that you remind them. These manners can help them in life beyond school.

Teach/remind them to say “please,” “thank you,” “excuse me,” etc. Sometimes, they don’t get that at home, and kids can be incredibly oblivious to anything that doesn’t start with “M” and end with “E.” I have to teach so many manners each year that I think my nickname should be “Emily Post,” but they will use the terms if you stay consistent.
Pro
Yes, that's a great reminder that we can't assume that they are learning manners/respect like this at home.

We need to model this!
One principal frequently reminds staff to perform the same with each other and students: Powerful!
