I applied for a position 2 days ago and i have a friend who applied to the same position couple of days earlier than me. Today, they closed the job opening and my friend got an interview invitation email at the evening. I have receive nothing. Does it mean that the hr shortlisted all candidates and send emails? Or is there a chance that they can continue the process and i can receive a positive response?

The problem with diversity is they focus on a quota rather than changing the culture of marginalized groups in the office. So often people speak over me, take credit for my ideas... and it's accepted.
