Recently got an offer from MUFG with a 38% hike for Analyst EDD Operations Role - CTC offered is 7.76 Lpa.
Having almost 5 yrs of previous experience in KYC/EDD/CDD/AML/TM in HSBC.
Is it a good offer based on my current experience and How is the WLB & culture at MUFG ?

Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. Although the first 2 rounds went well, there has been no further response from HR. Is this a normal delay or should I think I didn't make it. Any thoughts?

I am currently working with TCS as PL/SQL Developer. I have 5 years and 6months of experience. And my CTC is 6.47LPA (Including 54k variable pay) . I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Or this expectations is too high?

It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. The CEO added a qualifier, to be eligible for the payout one must agree to and sign a binding arbitration agreement. In the CEOs email to staff he indicates these agreements are standard in most companies and typically required for new hires.
