Should be. Just wait until later on in the interview process and come up with some justification for adjusting your range. Ideally they'll offer near the top of your range and then you can cite additional responsibilities or something like that to counter above it.
Later in the interview process, say that "based on what I have learned about the scope and responsibilities of the job, I would like to adjust my requested range to be more in line with the industry average at 72k." Just be prepared that if they are also interviewing someone who is willing to take less, you might be out of a job offer.
