Unfortunately, Many are getting impacted by today's layoffs across the organisations and it is super hard to cope up mentally and financially. I came across few openings related to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) consultants, experience ranging 4-12 Yrs. Please reach out to Teja Chandrashekar (teja@vdigitise.com), Phone: 7672030466. Hope this can help some of you to get back onto the feet. Kindly like, comment or share for better reach. Thanks much!! #experience #share #help #consultants

Generalist, payroll specialist, benefits specialist
Certifications aren’t required for payroll. The APA does have a couple of certifications one is the FPC that is the Fundamental Payroll Certification. The other being the CPP (Certified Payroll Professional). I wouldn’t waste my time the the FPC I would get my foot in the door and gain experience through OJT. Down the road if you want to be a payroll manager then I would look into the CPP.
Any other function of HR. You will still get phone calls.
Mm hmm.. still I mean less of those. Atm I get 3 calls a minute
You might want to consider the position of HR generalist. I cannot assure you that you won't get any calls at all. Maybe one or two calls a week?
HR can be recruitment, payroll, policies and employee files. If you get easily burned out in recruitment I think you will get more exhausted in paper filing.
