I been working in Bmc as CW for 10-11 months now, I heard after one year CW can be converted as FTE, can anyone tell more about this, what's the process?

I have other offers with wipro amd capgmni both with same package. Please help me if i can trust the consultancy and go for infosys option

Anyone with stage IV endo and recurring Endometriomas gone on Lupron after egg retrieval? I’m still on birth control but my doc said after egg retrieval (assuming we get a strong embryo), I’d get off of birth control and on lupron for two months before transfer. The reason I’m not getting off of birth control now is because it manages my pain.
